The page didn’t provide information about state tax benefits which would help clients determine if they should open the Vanguard 529 or go with their state’s plan.
Resolution
We embedded a microtool version of the 529 map tool on the page so that clients didn’t could garner needed information without having to leave the page.
Result
Increased interaction with the tool.
Added directive copy within the tool to guide users in both using the tool and understanding their 529 options.
